Chapli Kebab

Chapli Kebab is a traditional Pashtun-style minced meat kebab known for its bold flavor and unique texture. Flattened like a patty, it’s cooked until crispy on the outside while staying juicy inside. Originally from Peshawar, it’s now a beloved street food across South Asia.

These kebabs are made with coarsely ground meat mixed with fresh herbs, spices, and chopped tomatoes, which give them a distinct tang. The addition of gram flour or cornmeal ensures a crispy crust that contrasts beautifully with the tender center.
